Dacian M. Rusz was driven to be an attorney by his passion for history, political science, and philosophy and his desire to help others get through the hard times in their lives.
Dacian graduated from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He went on to obtain his Juris Doctorate from Michigan State University College of Law, graduating cum laude in 2019. While studying law, Dacian clerked for a personal injury law firm in Okemos where he was introduced to the world of automobile No-Fault. He also worked as a clinician in the MSU College of Law Civil Rights Clinic where he learned the importance of using the rules of Civil Procedure to his clients’ advantage.
In 2019, Dacian was admitted to practice in the State of Michigan and became a member of the State Bar of Michigan. He began his career practicing insurance defense litigation at a large law firm in Metro Detroit before joining our team. Dacian understands that the secret to an attorney’s success is hard-work, attention to detail, and accomplishing his clients’ goals.
In his free time, Dacian enjoys being with his wife and family, hiking, exercising, and watching the Detroit Red Wings.
