Lynn E. Geist knew from the time she was in 7th grade she wanted to be an attorney. A lifelong learner, Lynn saw practicing law as a way to continue her curiosity, constantly staying up to date with the changes and nuances of the law. As the youngest of 8, she chose a different career path than her siblings but learned from them the importance of hard work.
Lynn obtained her dual major in Bachelor of Arts in English and Communications, with a minor in Political Science, graduating from Canisius College magna cum laude in 1986. She then went on to obtain her Juris Doctorate from the Albany Law School of Union University in 1989.
She has focused her practice on catastrophic and other serious injuries in the areas of automobile negligence, first party No-Fault insurance, and fraudulent claim defense.
Lynn maintains her law license in Michigan and in New York. She is an active member of the State Bar of Michigan and the New York Bar Association.
Lynn revels in using the law to her clients’ greatest advantage. She works hard to ensure each client is informed, has input in the decision-making process, and is ultimately satisfied with their results.
