Nicole McCarthy attended Michigan State University where she obtained her political science degree. While studying at Michigan State, Nicole worked in the office of Former Michigan House Representative Kathleen Law. There, she first became acquainted with the importance of our state’s constitution and the effects of a statute on the constituents of Michigan.
After graduation, Nicole worked in human resources in a manufacturing environment. While there, she enjoyed working directly with refugees and prison release employees, offering them special assistance and guidance to integrate them into the workforce.
Nicole graduated from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2010 with her Juris Doctorate.
She began practicing law in 2011 and handles all litigated matters, but specializes in No-Fault law, including first-party, third-party, and subrogation suits in state and federal court. She practices law locally and statewide.
Nicole lives in Royal Oak, where she enjoys spending free time with her husband, Joey, and their children, Sloane and Louie.
